General Information

ProFab® Monoweave geotextiles are comprised of UV stabilized polypropylene monofilament and tape yarns that provide excellent physical and hydraulic properties. ProFab® Monoweave geotextile has a unique, dimensionally stable filtration weave.

Application

ProFab® Monoweave woven geotextiles are particularly suited to soils that are poorly graded, sands, soils are that are high in iron content and for applications such as in land fills where leachates may crystalise on the surface of the geotextile (such as nonwoven geotextiles) and cause potential  clogging problems. ProFab® Monoweave woven geotextiles are ideal for subsurface drainage applications, leachate drains, retention pit lining, transpiration  trenches and as a filter behind retaining walls.
